Thursday runaround

Noon hour Yoga with Yvonne at St Clair.

One more running 1/2 marathon this weekend. My body is pretty tired from Pump and moving. I was going to go do Combat with Tanya tonight and/or spin in Duff's class,

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, General Tao Chicken, Singapore noodles, Shanghai noodles, beans and zuccini, sour gummy bears, strawberries, lamburgers, mashed potatoes, salmon and chips, cheese.

Back to workout

Yoga this morning with Yvonne at St Clair, followed by Tanya's Body Pump class. Kept the weights pretty light since I haven't done Pump for so long.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, salmon and tuna sushi, eel on deep fried rice cake, beef, chicken, shrimp, ice cream, brownie, mousse cake, ice tea, green tea.

Halloween

Final Moving Day!

Went out for the TBN Halloween Skate. It was much fun.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
3 Pickles, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, Green Goodness Juice, chocolate bars, ice tea, ribs, wings, fries, fish and chips.

No excercise today. Stressful day with Joel's situation, bought him lunch at Macdonalds because he wanted to eat there and I ended up eating a Big Mac and Filet and feeling a bit queasy about it afterwards.

Trying to completely clear out the old apartment before tomorrow, the 31st.

Jen took me to see Death Cab for Cutie tonight at Massey Hall. It was a good concert.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Big Mac, Filet o Fish, KFC chicken snacker sandwich, Subways 1/2 Meatball sub on honey oat with all the fixin's, coke, chocolate, sour licorice, Booster juice with Energy boost.

Weekend Roundup

Friday I moved some boxes. Went spinning at St. Clair in the evening and then did Yvonne's yoga class.

Saturday I went Spinning with Jay at St. Clair and then moved the air conditioner and fishtank with Dai.

Sunday did 16 km easy with Carolyn out at the Hamilton Beach Trail into the strong wind. The end of the year BBQ at Andrew T's was really nice. I did Jen's weights program with her at the gym in the early eve.

Banana, Green Goodness Juice, Burger King fish sandwhich, 3 chocolate overload peanut butter cups.

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese, Pancake, montreal smoked meat, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice, montreal bagel, apple cranberry tart, 3 chocolate overload peanut butter cups,

WHAT I ATE TODAY
2 Eggo Waffles, Orange Juice, Apple, 2 chili dogs, veggie burger wit chili, chocolate cake, chocolate pound cake, coke, ice tea, bits and bites/chips, sushi, veggies and spicy tofu, cheesecake, strawberries, pineapple, cantelope, cranberry vodka, pineapple juice, grapefruite juice.
