Cycling through the imagination

I managed to get myself out of bed and out to Mount Pleasant for Pump, but it looks like the class was cancelled for Step Instructor Training! I did some stretching which I needed and warmed up for a few minutes on the Elyptical Runner. I noticed there was a pretty big line-up forming for Duff's spinning class, so I hopped into line to make sure I could get a bike.

I am really enjoying Duff's spinning class. His enthusiasm for cycling is infectious and I really like his visualisations. Today he took us on an imaginary ride between Vancouver and Whistler, based on a real event... I think it was called Sea to Summit.

I need to eat something to start my day. I had a banana, but it really wasn't enough. To stay healthy and workout efficiently, I need some good fule to start with.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Flax Bagel with light garden cream cheese, low fat Chicken Noodle Soup, carrots, pickles, Booster Juice, various appetizer bundles, pasta, green salad, Ceasar salad, Chicken Parmiagiana, Chocolate cake, coke, cranberry juice.

Climbing High

Climbing with Dave late afternoon. I did what looked like a 5.7 overhang, 5.9, 5.10a, 5.10b, 5.10c and a challenging corner climb that I'm glad I let Dave pressure me into doing. I'll see if I have a 5.10d in me next week. My calluses are coming back.

Did part of a Yoga class with Yvonne this evening.

Carrots, Pickles, Vector Cereal and 1% milk, Booster Juice with Wilderness Boost, Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Bar, Peanut Butter Sandwiches on whole wheat, Clamato, Orange Juice.

Back Kickin'

Yvonne's Yoga class at noon.

Taught Combat tonight 5:00 at Mount Pleasant. It was exhausting and I could barely talk.

Did Duff's spinnnig class afterwards.

Joel's Hectic Day Part 2

Yoga this morning with Yvonne at St Clair followed by Tanya's Pump class. Took the weights down for lunges.

i'm teaching Body Combat tomorrow at Mount Pleasant 5:00. I'll take the afternoon to practice.

Canadian pizza, Big Mac, Peanut Butter cups, Booster Juice, Chicken Satay and Beef Satay skewers, Apple, Strawberry/Mango/Banana smoothy, sour gummy berries, soy bagel with light cream cheese, pickle, orange juice, clamato.

Weekend Rundown

I'm exhausted. Not much sleep last night and it was a long day.

Spinning yesterday at St. Clair with the girl who was saying that it never looks like I'm working hard enough because I'm smiling.

Ice Skating tonight was kind of fun. Technique still isn't there, but I obviously have the power.

2 pieces fish and chips, mashed potatoes, filet mignon and bacon, sprite and orange juice, ice tea, Coke
