Banana, Booster Juice with Warrior Boost, Campbell Chunky Beef Soup, Goldfish crackers, Salmon in dill sauce, ice tea, hot chocolate, veggie bacon, Campbell's tomato pasta soup.

I did half a yoga class this morning.
Woke up, still sore and tired. Moved some boxes. Body Flow this evening.
Went to Tanya's combat class today, was going to take it easy, but I can never seem to do that. Had energy I didn't think I had despite my body being tired from yesterday.
Had a great skate this morning with Joel as our benchmark for A2A. We did the approx 42k route around his house first with all the hillwork, before skating down to the Hamilton Trail and then down the sideroad to Beamsville and then back to the start of the Hamilton Beach Trail. Total: 101 km in approx 4hours 34 minutes.
