Noon hour Yoga with Yvonne at St Clair.
One more running 1/2 marathon this weekend. My body is pretty tired from Pump and moving. I was going to go do Combat with Tanya tonight and/or spin in Duff's class,
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, General Tao Chicken, Singapore noodles, Shanghai noodles, beans and zuccini, sour gummy bears, strawberries, lamburgers, mashed potatoes, salmon and chips, cheese.
