Crazy Friday

Heading out to Chicago tomorrow for the Chicago Marathon. I have not been running at all. My cardio is really good from all the other training, I should make it through if I keep good form and technique throughout.

Did some moving again today, it's definitely at workout.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Strawberry Yogurt and Banana, 2 Lick's homeburgers with the works, Tandoori Chicken, Naan, Rice, Doctor Pepper, apple.

Body Combat Medley Release

Practiced Body Combat release 29 for most of the afternoon. Taught four tracks in front of a very large crowd at McCaul tonight. I felt really good about it.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Yogurt, Banana, Cliff Bar, High Powered Acai Booster Juice, BBQ Chicken Panini, Bulgogi and Rice, fried dumplings, Spicy Rice Cake, Ice Tea, Lemonade.

Tuesday Wednesday Happy Days

Rest Days prior to the Chicago Marathon. (although I'm teaching Body Combat tomorrow).

Still moving boxes. Very slow and tired up and down the stairs.

WHAT I ATE ON TUESDAY
Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Garlic Nann, Beef and Lamb, Saag Paneer (cheese and spinach), Pakoras, tomatoes, Cantalope, Ice Cream, Green Goodness drink.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Apple, Booster Juice with Warrior booster,

Monday Mourning Quarter Back

Noon hour Body Combat with Tanya at McCaul. I felt really sluggish. Have to get the tracks down for Thursday. 5 tracks solo. A little nervous, but I'm pretty sure I can pull this off.

Did some light moving tonight. Broke a sweat.

Flax Bagel with Light Cream Cheese, Banana, General Tao Chicken, Spicy Noodle, Chow Mein, Beans and Zuccini, Pizza, Grapefruit juice, Prickly Pear Lemonade.

Weekend Plans

Saturday I walked the 5k at the Zoo with my dad and attended Body Combat Practice at the Eaton Centre, presenting track 2.

Sunday I skated 20Km on the Hamilton Trail. I warmed up with Carolyn and then stuck with joel and Carla most of the time.

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Cliff Bar, Banana, hot and sour soup, veggie dim sum, veggie noodles, Tom Yum Soup, Green Mango Salad, Beef and Asparagus and broccoli in mushroom sauce, nibs, Doctor Pepper.

WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Flax Bagel and light Cream Cheese, Banana, Sausage, home fries, scrambled egg, Salmon on bread, Logenberry drink, Mountain Dew, Root Beer, Strawberry Frozen bar, Steak, potatoes, salad, chocolate cheese cake, creamsicle ice cream.
