Yoga and Massage

Nice and relaxed right now. I did a full hour of Yvonne's yoga class at St. Clair during noon hour, and had an hour long massage with Shino at the Tokyo Shiatsu clinic. Hopefully this will loosen me up for A2A!

My weight has been holding steady at sub-155 lbs according to the St. Clair scale.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Extreme Pita Chicken with the works, white tuna, salmon sashimi, spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, New York roll, eda mame, miso soup, soba salade, curry noodle, fried chicken, yaki tori, tempenyaki beef, pork katsu, banana tempura, ginger ice cream.

1/2 hour of Yvonne's yoga class this morning at St. Clair.

Banana, Black Bean Gazpatcho, Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese, Booster Juice with boggle boost, pakoras, lamb, beef, butter chicken, prawn masala, tandoori chicken, tomatoes, apple, cantalope, garlic naan, chocolate ice cream, mango lassi, saag paneer, dr pepper.

Just another Manic Monday

Not a very productive day. I went to the track, did warmup laps and then a few 400m sprints followed by a rest lap. Started to rain a bit, I took it as a message to stop and save my legs for the A2A on the weekend. Not sure how prepared I am, my body seems to be recovering still from the rain in Duluth (and the furniture moving this weekend).

Banana, Bagel with light cream cheese, Gyros Pita with the works, Booster Juice with Wilderness Boost, Black Bean Gazpatcho, Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese.

Windy Day

It was raining and the pavement was wet just before I went to bed, so I opted not to get up obscenely early to try and skate the Waterfront Marathon route before the runners got on it at 7:00am. Jen said it was dry, but extremely windy. I have to admit that I didn't relish getting up when it was dark out either.

I ended up doing 400m sprints with two rest laps after a 12 lap warmup at the Lawrence Park Collegiate track. It's close by to the new condo and hoping to use it more next year.

Gazpatcho Soup with Black Bean, General Tao Chicken, rice, Shrimp and Noodles, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, banana, Green Goodness Juice.

Another Big Moving Day

The Niagara on the Lake skate with TBN was cancelled due to the chance of rain. I didn't mind, gave me a chance to sleep in and get some stuff cleared out so that we could move the big pieces of furniture today, bookshelves etc. I count that as a pretty big workout.

Gazpatcho Soup with Black Bean, 1 Strip of Fruit to go, Nature Burger with the works, Gobbler with the works, a few onion rings, Cherry Coke with whipped cream, Orange Juice.
