Thursty

Drank lots of water today. I'm tired once again. I don't think I've been getting enough sleep given the amount of exercise I do. Need more sleep to aid in recovery. Stayed up way too late last night... I was a bit wired after practice last night.

Yvonne's Yoga class at St Clair noon hour was wonderful as always. Very crowded. I did Tanya's spinning class this evening at 6:45 and was wiped even though I was taking it easy, so much so that at the Pump class afterwards I didn't really do much squat weight.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
2 Lick's Homeburgers with all the fixin's. 2 fruit strips. Slice of Pizza. Veggie hotdogs with 3 pieces of flax bread. mango drink.

Mid Week Blues

Went to Indoor Inline today. All kinds of drama. Had a bit of a spill.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
2 flax bagels with cream cheese, grape tomatoes, hot and sour soup, whopper, ice cream cake, 3 slices of pizza, ice tea, yogurt with banana.

Baby it's COLD out there!

TODAY
Body Pump at St Clair noon hour with Jacob. Squat's were tough. I'm feeling a bit stiff and tired today. It's freezing outside. I went to the outdoor ice skating rink and did some laps. I really don't like the cold and wasn't wearing my neoprene booties and ended up getting quite the blister on my ankle.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese, two Lick's Homburgers with all the fixn's. spinich salad with grape tomatoes, banana.


MONDAY
Combat at Manulife noon hour with Tanya. Was tired from Sunday's workout, but I pushed through it. Track's 7 and 8 were particularly tough.

WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY
12" Quizno's Chicken/Bacon sub on whole wheat. Marble Bagel with Jalepeno Cream Cheese, Booster Juice, Hot and Sour soup, Orange Juice, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese. Peppermint tea.


SUNDAY
Indoor Inline practice in the morning, Ice Speed Skating in the evening. Many members of the indoor Inline club attended Ice, it was quite fun.

WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Apple, Shrimp and Steak Fajita, coke, doctor pepper, pate and bread, beef, gravy, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes.


SATURDAY
Rest Day.

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Ginger cake, apple cider, foot long subways club, potatoe skins, Hamburger with blue cheese, fries, coke, orange juice and sprite.


FRIDAY
Combat at St Clair with Tanya.

WHAT I ATE ON FRIDAY
Apple cider, nacho chips, veggie hotdogs and bread, apple, chocolate muffin


THURSDAY
Pump at Eaton Centre with Tanya. Climbing with Dave.

WHAT I ATE ON THURSDAY
Booster Juice, Veal Sandwich, Soup, Coffee Crisp Ice Cream, Beef Satay and Chicken Satay skewer,


WEDNESDAY
1/2 and hour of Yoga with Yvonne at St Clair

WHAT I ATE ON WEDNESDAY
Green Curray, Rice, Spicy Thai Noodle, Tom Yum Soup, Orange beef,


TUESDAY
Pump at McCaul with Jacob, flow with Sharon.
