Friday I'm in Love!

I did noon hour Body Combat class today at St Clari. Melayna was subbing.

Also did Yoga with Yvonne this evening. I'm really stressed out and I needed to stretch.

It was raining today and so no practice again. Just as I was heading out to Friday Night Skate, it started raining again!!

I need to buy a new helmet. I don't know where mine is, it was cracked anyways and I've been meaning to replace it all season long.

WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Flax Bagel with Cream Cheese, banana, two Lick's Homeburgers with all the fixin's, Booster Juice, Gazpatcho soup with hot sauce, popsicle, ice tea.

Pump Pump Pump

I did Heather's Body Pump class at Manualife today at noon. Missed warmup and half of squats. Only did 10kg Squats as warmup. All other weights remain the same.

WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Flax Bagel with Cream Cheese, BBQ Chicken Panini, Ehtiopian Veggie Dinner (lentils, beets, greens, tomatoe, beans, potatoe), Smores chocolate bar, Sour Berry Gummies.

(Not Quite) Back on Track

It's kind of Gray today and I'm feeling a bit blah.

It rained so I didn't get to go to practice. I've lost my helmet, I needed to buy a new one anyways.

I am feeling a bit run down, but I think if I had gotten some excercise it would have helped energize me. I'm not very good at rest days, even when it's dictated by weather.

WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, Gazpatcho soup with hot sauce, orange juice, 2 pickles, Gyro Pita with all the fixin's, Ice Tea, popsicle, banana, apple.

Playing Ketchup

FRIDAY.
I did part of Tanya's Body Combat class at noon hour. Went to the track and did 2 x 7km at a moderate pace with Travis and Camilo.

WHAT I ATE ON FRIDAY:
Banana, Whole Wheat Pasta and veggies,


SATURDAY.
TBN Monthly Marathon. 135 min, 42km on the Hamilton Beach Trail.

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY:
Banana, Flax Bagel and light Cream Cheese, Fish and Chips. Gyron on Pita, Salad, Soup, Pasta, Ice Tea, chips, 2 Hamburgers, black forrest cake and ice cream.


SUNDAY.
Went Climbing with Jen. Did about six climbs including a couple of 5'10s.

WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY:
Banana, Apple, Mango Salad and Asian Greens, Shanghai Noodle, Strawberry Guava Smoothie, Gazpatcho.


MONDAY.
I taught Combat at Manulife at noon. Went Spinning in the evening with Jen.

WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY:
Flax Bagel with Light Cream Cheese, Hamburger, Poutine, French Onion Soup, Poutine, Lick's Homeburger, Hot Fudge Chocolate Sundae.


TUESDAY:
I did noon hour Pump at St Clair taught by Steve. Missed warmup and most of squats. Kept weights same. Biceps were easier today. Lunges I kept low to save my legs.

WHAT I ATE ON TUESDAY:
Banana, Flax Bagel with Light Cream Cheese, Mango Salad, Key Lime Soda, Mango Juice, 1/2 spring roll, Clam with spicy, lobster/curry soup, pineapple salad, Scallop and Soba, fruit and tapioca, grape tomatoes.



According to the scales at both Manulife and St Clair, I am 159 lbs.
