Yoga this morning with Yvonne at St Clair, followed by Tanya's Body Pump class. Kept the weights pretty light since I haven't done Pump for so long.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, salmon and tuna sushi, eel on deep fried rice cake, beef, chicken, shrimp, ice cream, brownie, mousse cake, ice tea, green tea.
