Working it Out

TUESDAY
Body Pump at McCaul with Bettina, followed by Flow with Sharon.

Yoga with Yvonne at St Clair. Indoor inline practice was fun.

THURSDAY
Yoga at noon with Yvonne. Most of a Pump class with Bettina at McCaul.

2 Lick's Homeburgers with all the works, Chicken Parmiagiana with pasta, Cokes, Flax Bagel with peanut butter.


TODAY
Combat at noon with Tanya at St Clair.

Sunday Night Ice

Ice Skating lessons. I really have to learn how to stop. I decided to go back to the absolute beginner coaching, but didn't really get that. I think I just need to get some more low tuck in and learn to get my outside edge on the left so that I can start doing crossovers. Carolyn suggested just gliding corners with that heal until I get the hand of the lean back and outside edge, then once I am comfortable putting weight on it, I can start trying to cross over.

Orange Juice, Blueberry Pancakes, Flax Bagel with cream cheese, pickle, carrots, Chicken Noodle Soup, French Onion Soup, Duck with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetables, coffee cheesecake.
