Crazy Friday
Heading out to Chicago tomorrow for the Chicago Marathon. I have not been running at all. My cardio is really good from all the other training, I should make it through if I keep good form and technique throughout.
Did some moving again today, it's definitely at workout.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Strawberry Yogurt and Banana, 2 Lick's homeburgers with the works, Tandoori Chicken, Naan, Rice, Doctor Pepper, apple.
