Tuesday Wednesday Happy Days
Rest Days prior to the Chicago Marathon. (although I'm teaching Body Combat tomorrow).
Still moving boxes. Very slow and tired up and down the stairs.

Flax Bagel with light Cream Cheese, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Garlic Nann, Beef and Lamb, Saag Paneer (cheese and spinach), Pakoras, tomatoes, Cantalope, Ice Cream, Green Goodness drink.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, Apple, Booster Juice with Warrior booster,
