On a Patio after Body Combat Class!

Here I am with some of the participants of a noon hour kickboxing class I had just taught at Manulife. It was one of those rare occassions we had decided to go out afterwards to hang out on a patio to get some lunch and enjoy the nice weather.

Body Combat 27 was one of my all time favourite releases because of the fun Street Fighter theme. Below are the three launch classes I participated in.

RIDE FOR HEART 2006

The Ride for Heart is generally one of my favourite Inline events that I look forward to every year. It's basically a fun-skate around the Gardiner (while the cyclists go up the Don Valley). For the past few years, I've been a Skate Ambassador for the event.

Oddly enough, the only photo I seem to have for this event is from 2006, taken with some of my fellow fitness instructors from Goodlife (Sharon, Melanya and Assata), who were on-stage as the Cool-Down demo team.
