RIDE FOR HEART 2006

The Ride for Heart is generally one of my favourite Inline events that I look forward to every year. It's basically a fun-skate around the Gardiner (while the cyclists go up the Don Valley). For the past few years, I've been a Skate Ambassador for the event.

Oddly enough, the only photo I seem to have for this event is from 2006, taken with some of my fellow fitness instructors from Goodlife (Sharon, Melanya and Assata), who were on-stage as the Cool-Down demo team.
