Yoga this morning with Yvonne at St Clair followed by Tanya's Pump class. Took the weights down for lunges.
i'm teaching Body Combat tomorrow at Mount Pleasant 5:00. I'll take the afternoon to practice.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Canadian pizza, Big Mac, Peanut Butter cups, Booster Juice, Chicken Satay and Beef Satay skewers, Apple, Strawberry/Mango/Banana smoothy, sour gummy berries, soy bagel with light cream cheese, pickle, orange juice, clamato.
