Pump Pump Pump
I did Heather's Body Pump class at Manualife today at noon. Missed warmup and half of squats. Only did 10kg Squats as warmup. All other weights remain the same.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Flax Bagel with Cream Cheese, BBQ Chicken Panini, Ehtiopian Veggie Dinner (lentils, beets, greens, tomatoe, beans, potatoe), Smores chocolate bar, Sour Berry Gummies.
