Saturday was mostly a rest day, I got a new climbing Harness so Jen and I went to do a couple of climbs just to give it a whirl. I looks funky cool, but isn't as cuishy as my old cragging harness. Hopefully I'll get some use out of it. The old one was coming close to ten years old!

Sunday I managed to drag myself out of bed and out to indoor inline. It was pretty casual. I also helped Jason move his stuff back into the house, which I guess can be my resistance training in place of the Pump class I missed this week.

Monday I did Tanya's Combat at Manulife noon hour.

Tuesday Pump and Flow at McCaul. Kept the chest and bicep weights higher.

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Veggie Pancakes, Lentil Soup, vegan banana bread, vegan "turtle", vegan scrambled tofu,

WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
crepe with omelette filling bologna, mushrooms, onions, french toast, fruit, mango smoothie, mixed fruit juice, salsa and chips, Brio, chicken curry and rice, mango salad.

WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY
Tuna Fish Sandwich, Tofu dogs,

WHAT I ATE ON TUESDAY
Booster Juice with Wilderness Boost, beef ribs, tempura shrimp, beef onion, salmon and cucumber sushi, cereal and soy milk, spinich, banana and yogurt, cliff bar cool mint, green tea.
