Groovy Thursdays
I did Yvonne's noon hour Yoga today at St Clair. Felt really good to stretch. I feel better, but the ankle will still be in issue.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Banana, 2 Lick's Homeburgers with the works, Green Goodness Juice, Booster Juice with Wilderness Boost, 3 veggie hotdogs, lentil veggie soup.
