All You can Eat Sushi
At Bettina's Pump Class down in the McCaul gym we switched up the music this week.
All weights remained the same. Notably the Biceps at 9kg seemed to go better today. Everything else seemed relatively okay. Kept the lunges at 9kg to save my legs for skating.
Flow tonight was nice. Sharon is obviously on Summer Break, given how relaxed she seemed.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Soy Bagel with cream cheese, popsicle, Green Goodness Juice, Salmon, Tuna, Fake Crab, Eel, Rice, Spicy Salmon, Spicy Tuna, Deep fried Soft Shell Crab Maki, Fried Chicken, Pork Katsu, Gyoza, Eda Mame, Miso Soup, Banana Tempura, Yaki Tori Chicken, Beef teriyaki, Orange Drink, Yogurt.
