Grey Day
Tanya's noon hour Body Combat Class at Manulife. Forgot to eat first! Grabbed a handful of crackers, but I really felt slow and tired through the class. I'll be teaching the class next week.
SK8 practice is cancelled today. I wish I had gone to practice on Friday night.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Crackers, banana, Booster Juice with Power Boost, Whole Wheat pasta with veggie beef, onions, salsa, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and zuccini, popsicle, Gazpatcho with olives and hot sauce, yogurt with banana.
