I did about 20km today on the track and skated to and from practice.
I did 5 x 3,000m (7 1/2 laps). I managed to keep up with Camila and Travis for the first 3, fell off and did the 4th on my own and then we did the last one as a group. Skated reverse 7 laps. My reverse crossovers feel better.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Whole Wheat Pasta and veggies, Gazpatcho Soup with hot sauce, Gatorade, Mango Chicken and Veggies with rice, Green Goodness Juice, Orange drink.
