Arcade Fire Montreal Roadtrip

Another "Lost" weekend. No physical activity and too much junk food.

Two weeks to get into shape for the Detroit Inline Marathon (including the taper). I have to get my act together this week.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese, orange juice, pineapple, cantelope, Strawberry kiwi juice, Booster Juice with Warrior Boost, strawberry frozen fruit bar, prossuito, salami, pastrami, tomatoes, lobster, crab, scampi, shrimp, omelette with mushrooms, ham, onion, and lost of cheese. Mixed veggies: carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower. bacon, tuna sushi, smoked salmon, cantelope, strawberry, lasagna, strawberry short cake, mousse cake,

WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Booster Juice with wilderness boost, nature's path zen and power cereal, apple, Wendy's single hamburger and jr bacon cheeseburger, hot dog, ice tea, Montreal Smoked Meat on a Montreal Bagel, Poutine with bacon, sausage, and ground beef. Green salad with black olives tomatoes and pepper.
