The Day After 24
A little tired today, slightly sore but less so than I expected. Having two massages during the event probably helped things.
The kickboxing class I taught this morning was a bit tough for me. Luckily I was teaching newbies, so I could keep everything mostly low-kicking and laid off the flying back knees and jump kicks.
Looking forward to Yoga tomorrow.
