Busy Busy Busy
Things have been very busy lately, but I've been keeping a pretty regular fitness and training regime during the holidays and doing much eating as one does during this time of year.
I'm back in a more intensive training schedule. Ice Speed Skating began again this week.
MONDAY
1 hour of spinning this morning with Tanya at Mount Pleasant, Combat at Noon Hour and Indoor Inline at Scooters tonight. Spinning felt pretty good, I was really tired during Body Combat.
Felt really good about my technique today at Indoor inline.
WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY
Peanut Butter Sandwhich, Fruit Strip, Apple, Banana, Spinach salad with no fat california dressing olives and grape tomatoes, rice and ginger veggies, chocolate chip muffins, wheat and honey with garden cream cheese, hot and sour soup with pickles and hot sauce.
SUNDAY
Indoor Inline in the morning, three climbs at Rock Oasis and Ice Speed Skating practice in the evening. A very exhausting day. I'm feeling a bit better with my Ice technique. I felt very tired at climbing.
WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Whole Wheat bread and cream cheese, apple, banana, Mango Smoothie, Waffles and Fruit, Omelette with sausage, mushrooms, cheese, onions, potatoes, Booster Juice, Mango Strawberry Shake, Ginger veggies and rice, curry pad thai, deep fried banana with ice cream.
SATURDAY
Spinning at St Clair with Linda followed by Pump.
WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Soy Bagel with light cream cheese. Mango Smoothie, Salmon, Chips and Salsa, 2 Lick's Homeburgers with the works.
FRIDAY
Body Combat at Eaton Centre in the evening with Oliver.
THURSDAY
Pump at 5:30 at McCaul.
WEDNESDAY
Indoor Inline.
TUESDAY
Pump at St Clair noon hour.
MONDAY
11:00 Spinning at St Clair on New Year's Day!!
