Busy Christmas Season
SATURDAY
Rest Day.
WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Veggie Chinese, rice and curry "chicken", "Beef" noodles, chinese greens, spicy tofu, chips and dip, chocolate cake, chocolate cookies, coke, fruit drink.
SUNDAY
5km Jingle Bell run with Jen and her dad. Ice Skating practice in the evening.
WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Bagel with Peanut Butter, banana, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, lobster, steak, lobster bisque, veggies, salmon, asparagus, potatoes, garlic, grape tomatoes, sour licorice.
MONDAY
Combat at noon with Tanya, missed the first few tracks. Indoor Inline Practice in the evening.
WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY
Fruit Snacks, 2 Lick's Homeburgers with all the fixin's, Chicken Noodle Soup, grape tomatoes, spinich salad, sour licorice, chocolate cheesecake.
TODAY
Body Pump tonight with Bettina at McCaul followed by Body Flow with Assata.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Honey Wheat Bagel with light cream cheese, chocolate chip muffin, pizza, cheese cracker, fruit punch, Spinich with california dressing and olives, tuna fish sandwich on flax with pickles, green goodness juice, sour licorice.
