Sitting in meeting day. AKA "Rest Day".
WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Ethiopian beef and greens with sour flatbread, Cookies, Cake,
SUNDAY
Indoor Inline Practice, distance and beginner in the morning. Ice Practice in the evening.
Ice felt really good tonight. It's amazing how Indoor Inline and Ice really are feeding off of each other. I'm getting deja vu on many of the drills. I found the outside edge on the crossover on ice for the first time this evening after practicing it badly on inline in the morning.
WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Oat and Honey Bagel with Light Garden Cream Cheese, Chocolate Chip Muffin, Harvey's Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, Coke, Beef Schwarma, Mango Juice, Juiced Up Rockstar Energy drink, Mexican style steak with potatoes, beans and rice.
MONDAY
Back half of Tanya's Body Combat noon class at McCaul. Indoor Inline Practice.
WHAT I ATE ON MONDAY
Meatball Subway on Honey Oat with the works, Oat and Honey Bagel with Light Garden Cream Cheese, Chocolate Chip Muffin, General Tao Chicken, Garlic Vegetables, Chow Mein and Spicy Noodles, Booster Juice x2.
TUESDAY
Most of Bettina's Pump Class tonight followed by Sharon's Flow class. Wanted to Ice Skate tonight, walked past Nathan Phillips Square. It looked awefully crowded.
WHAT I ATE ON TUESDAY
Chicken Noodle Soup, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, Sour Gummie Berries, 2 Lick's Homeburgers with all the works, pickles, Booster Juice with Wilderness Boost, mango orange yogurt with banana.
