THURSDAY
Met Dave for Climbing. Climbed a 5.7 up to a 5.10b. Felt sufficiently challenged. Pump at McCaul with Bettina. I've been doing my lunges without weights.
WHAT I ATE ON THURSDAY
Spring Rolls noodles, veggies and rice. Banana, peanut butter sandwhich, sour licorice. Cranberry soda.
FRIDAY
Combat at noon the Tanya at St. Clair, Spinning at St. Clair followed by Yvonne's evening Yoga class.
WHAT I ATE ON FRIDAY
2 Lick's Homeburgers with all the fixin's. Hot and Sour Soup, Pickles, Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, Peanut Butter Sandwhich, chocolate peanut butter bar, chocolate eggs.
SATURDAY
Rest Day.
WHAT I ATE ON SATURDAY
Flax Bagel with Cream Cheese, Hot and Sour Soup with olives and pickles, mango salad, fish, pad thai, fresh mango juice, cranberry orange juice.
SUNDAY
Flow followed by Pump. Kept the weights relatively light for squat, no weight on lunges.
Ice Skating practice tonight was enjoyable. Learning to stop.
WHAT I ATE ON SUNDAY
Flax Bagel with light cream cheese, hot and sour soup, Booster Juice, Macdonalds double cheeseburger, curry beef bun, lambchops, veggies, mashed potatoes, hot chocolate, Seafood chowder, strawberry pie, carrots, pickles.
