Yog and Skate
Went to Yvonne's Yoga and stretch class this morning. Very stiff from the BP class the day before (combined with the moving I would think).
At the track we did 12 warmup laps and then 2 1000's. Kept up okay with Camilo and Travis for the first round, left in the dust around the first corner for the second. Not much of a practice. Less than 2 weeks until Duluth! Not feeling as prepared as I should.
WHAT I ATE TODAY:
Strawberries and Yogurt, Chicken Noodle Soup, Wiener Schnitzel sandwhich, hungary sausage and perogies with sour cream. Booster Juice, Greek Potatoes, flaming cheese and pita, Quail, Pork Souvlaki, 2 lamb chops, Greek Salad, vegetables.
