R&R continues
I did Flow today at noon. Tanya's class at the Eaton Centre. It felt good to stretch.
I was going to try out the Running Room group tonight, but it's kind of gray and Jen isn't up for it. I really have to start running, I didn't realize that I now have less than three weeks to gear up for the Chicago Marathon.
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Berry Granola Cereal with 1% milk, Mango Juice, Flax Bagel with light garden Cream Cheese, "Cure All" Chicken Soup, vegan cornbread, lentil soup, Soba noodles with peanut sauce, tofu steaks, tomatoe and grilled zuccini, vegan chocolate cake, steamed greens.
