DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE

A routine is important.

I've come to the realization that a large part of my motivation to workout has been coming externally. This needs to change. I need to be doing this for me alone.

Winter isn't even here and I have the blahs. Today I've taken advantage of the fact that my stacked townhome is a corner unit and opened up the blinds to let the sunlight in. Hopefully it will help with the heating as well.

I did Assata's Pump Class tonight at 5:00 Mount Pleasant. Good Energy. Inspiring.

Met Jason for a few climbs at Rock Oasis. Managed to easily do the 10c that eluded me last night with Dave, but I ended up dino-ing the tough moves at the crux rather than using any kind of finess.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
Granola and Nature's path cereal in soy milk.
Smoothie with frozen fruit, banana, apple, apple cider, soy milk and eccinecea.
Fish Oil capsule
Gazatcho Soup with Hot Sauce and pickle.




This weeks workouts...

THURSDAY
Climbed with Dave and felt pretty good on the 10's.
Yoga at St Clair noon hour with Yvonne.

WEDNESDAY
Taught Body Combat class.

TUESDAY
Yoga at Noon with Frances at Mount Pleasant.
Back doing Pump. Went to the Eaton Centre South club for the first time. Shoulders were definitely feeling it. Weights were relatively light until I can build it up.

MONDAY
Taught my Body Combat Class at Parkview. I felt it went really well.

SUNDAY
Dryland practice at Scooters in the morning followed by one lap of Hamilton Beach afterwards. Felt good to be back outside on Skates.
